CEOs X-Ray Challenges and Proffer Solutions for Financially Viable WATSAN Utilities

The forum of CEOs of Water and Sanitation Utilities in Nigeria had a special session to discuss and propose solutions to the challenges of attaining sustainability of water utilities.
